The item will be shipped out within 10 working days, depending on which product is chosen. Shipment time varies, as all jewellery is made by hand in our workshop in Copenhagen. Do you need the jewellery before contacting us on info@soleyajewellery.com, and we will do our best to help you.

Soleya has a 'no stock - no waste' policy which means that each piece is specially made for the customer after placing an order.

All products are sent as packages, so you can track them with the provided tracking number. All orders are safely shipped and insured by Post Nord.

If you prefer to pick up your order personally you are more than welcome at our studio. Please contact us at info@soleyajewellery.com to schedule a time.

At Soleya you can receive a refund within 14 days of the purchase. Jewellery can be exchanged to another jewellery within 31 days of the purchase date.

If you've purchased jewellery from Soleya in the wrong size, you can exchange it for another size free-of-charge. Custommade jewelry cannot be refunded but can be made in a different size.

To initiate a return, kindly ensure that the jewelry is sent back in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for both the return and arranging suitable insurance for it.
