1. Delivery

We strive to deliver our handmade jewelry promptly. As each piece is crafted by hand, delivery times may vary:

- Standard Jewelry: Typically dispatched within 5-10 business days.

- Custom-Made Jewelry: Requires 7-14 days for creation and processing.

If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us at info@soleyajewellery.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

2. Quality

Our jewelry is crafted from high-quality materials:

- Gold: Solid 14k yellow or white gold.

- Silver: Solid 925 sterling silver.

Each piece is handmade, making every item unique. As a result, slight variations in appearance may occur.

3. Complaints

If you notice any defects or imperfections upon receiving your jewelry, please report them within 24 hours of delivery. Under Danish law, customers have a 24-month warranty period to file a claim for any manufacturing defects. Please note that this warranty does not cover damages resulting from negligent use, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

Please be aware that shipping fees for returns or complaints are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

4. Jewelry Care

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewelry:

- Storage: Keep pieces in a jewelry box or sealed container when not in use to prevent oxidation.

- Cleaning: If tarnishing occurs, gently polish the jewelry to restore its shine.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt for standard jewelry items. Additionally, jewelry can be exchanged for another piece within 31 days of purchase.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Custom-made jewelry cannot be refunded but can be resized if necessary.

6. Custom Jewelry

Once the creation process for custom jewelry has begun, orders cannot be canceled. Custom pieces are non-refundable but can be resized if needed.

7. Payment Terms

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers. All prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT.

8. Shipping

We offer both domestic and international shipping options. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable in their country.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, images, and content on our website are the intellectual property of Soleya Jewellery. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in Danish courts.
