Shipping & Return

Shipping

The item will be shipped out within 10 working days, depending on which product is chosen. Shipment time varies, as all jewellery is made by hand in our workshop in Copenhagen. Do you need the jewellery before contacting us on info@soleyajewellery.com, and we will do our best to help you.

Soleya has a 'no stock - no waste' policy which means that each piece is specially made for the customer after placing an order.

All products are sent as packages, so you can track them with the provided tracking number. All orders are safely shipped and insured by Post Nord.

Pick-Up

If you prefer to pick up your order personally you are more than welcome at our studio. Please contact us at info@soleyajewellery.com to schedule a time.

Return

At Soleya you can receive a refund within 14 days of the purchase. Jewellery can be exchanged to another jewellery within 31 days of the purchase date.

If you've purchased jewellery from Soleya in the wrong size, you can exchange it for another size free-of-charge. Custommade jewelry cannot be refunded but can be made in a different size.

To initiate a return, kindly ensure that the jewelry is sent back in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for both the return and arranging suitable insurance for it.

All jewellery are designed and crafted by founder Ziva Azoulay, specialized in crafting fine jewellery that demands careful care to ensure its longevity.
All our pieces are crafted from solid 14k gold or sterling silver, but these metals are prone to damage from impacts and high temperatures. Precious pearls and stones share this vulnerability and cannot be repaired if broken.
Avoid potential harm from hairspray, perfume, and cosmetics by applying your jewellery as the final step in your routine and removing it before bathing, sports, or manual work. Taking it off before sleep prevents residue buildup.
By adhering to these simple care instructions, you'll ensure that your jewellery remains as beautiful and lasting as the day you acquired it.
