Delivery

We strive to deliver our handmade jewelry promptly. As each piece is crafted by hand, delivery times may vary:

- Standard Jewelry: Typically dispatched within 5-10 business days.

- Custom-Made Jewelry: Requires 7-14 days for creation and processing, and some cases longer, but will always be agreed with customer in advance.

If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us at info@soleyajewellery.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Return and exchange

Please return the jewellery in the same condition as received, including original packaging, to:

• Your name

• Your order number

Refunds (14 days)

You can receive a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is returned in the same condition as received.

Custom jewellery is not refundable.

Exchanges (31 days)

Jewellery can be exchanged for another item within 31 days of purchase, provided it is returned in the same condition as received.

Resizing

If you purchased jewellery from Soleya in the wrong size, you may exchange it for another size one time for free.

Custom jewellery cannot be refunded, but can be resized/exchanged to another size.
